my hair is about 1 %26amp; 1/2 inches long. when i get out the shower it gets poofy unless i put a hat on afterwards. then i take my hat off... my hair will poof in about 10 mins... i want my hair to fall down like skater's hair. how long will it take? oh yea i have asian hair...

ur hair is too short to "fall" down...it need to get to about 3 in before it will fall into place...if you are worried about poofiness...girls call it frizz, go get some BedHead pomade and apply it (conservatively) to the ends...this will weigh your hair down
