Do Asian guys realize that the way they dress, talk, walk is considerably more effeminate than Western standards? Does it have to do with Western guys having more testosterone, seeing how for the most part they are taller, stronger, have a bigger penis and can grow facial hair where Asian guys cannot?

Yes, Asian men have small penises -- but a penis is ideally only an inch longer than the vagina into which it must fit. Asian women tend to have very small breasts, but what they have seem to work just fine.
