Should I worry about my 11 months old baby girl's body hair??

My daughter is still a baby but she's got some hair on her back and upper lip...she's has black eyes and dark hair and has some asian origins...could this explain that or could it be something else??? I'm quite upset as I don't want children to make fun of her later...

My little girl has a lot of hair on her back I mean a lot. Her dad is Mexican and I am white. I guess she got it from her dad, She has had this since she was born and it hasn't went away she is 5 now. Everyone has hair all over their bodies but some people just have more. The more you stress on it the more she will when she gets older. The way that we handle it is, we just tell her that its okay and its normal she has no problem with it,yet.

Nothing to worry about, her origins will just make her hair look darker. Baby fuzz will probably disappear.

My sisters kids came out with dark hair and they are pretty hairy as well. Her daughter is 11 and takes care of her hair on her upper lip. Its perfectly normal and when she gets older, you can do something about the hair. Children didnt make fun of my sisters kid, but they asked her why she is hair their? and my sister made the choice to do something about it early so just wait and see what works out for her. Its common amongst children that have dark hair.

My mom almost just about had a stroke when I was born - full head of DARK hair as well as all down my neck and back ... she compared me to a baby gorilla (how sweet ... lol) - the hair will either go away over time or lighten up. No worries ... congratulations btw ... almost 1 year old how cute

Perfectly normal! Some of it will go away since its baby fuzz and probably some will stay but very normal! No worries!

My friend's baby has indian heritage, thus she has dark features. She has dark hair above her lip also. I wouldnt worry about it, she can bleach it when she's older if she wants to.

hi my daughter is 11 very hairy back and arms doesn't worry her don't worry if it doesn't go my daughter says its her winter coat kids can be rotten but that's if there not taught better good luck

omg i know what your talking about my son was born with black hair everywhere on his ears i could brade it it was so long lol and his back it freaked me out everyone said it would fall off but he turn 5 months and still had it the doctor said it will fall off stop stressing and i said when they said i dont know soon well he turn about 6 months and it was gonna and some back hair turned blonde so i wouldnt freak out yet just wait a while if it not gone by a year old id say it was meant to be since she Asian but just wait it out good luck
