Is it possible to have anime hair?

i've always wanted to have the bangs that many anime girls have. here are some examples of what i'm talking about:

i'm asian, and my hair's naturally black, long, and straight. if i want bangs like the pics above, what should i tell the stylist to do?

okay well the last pic

friend got hers cut like that

and she didnt like it

ask for the straight fringe but

straight meaning it goes straight down

and it has to be above ur eye brows and puffy

that way it goes up abit

to make it puffy apply some mousse

and let it air dry

also get the back and sides layered

only about 3-4 layers that way you can still

tie your hair up

Yeah, those are possible, I actually get them on accident. Usually, my hair gets cut in too many layers, and when it grows out, it just "looks anime" according to my friend. Who is insanely into anime.
