I'm not sure what it's called but you could take a picture of someone on the internet with it and show a hairstylist. They should know what to do.

I'm not sure it has a name but I can see that the stylist must've used a razor to get the edgyness. Ask a stylist to give you a bowl cut style with a razor and just tell her/him that you want it to be 'edgy' I think the term for the edgy look is fringe... I like it tho, it's a cool cut!

Well, you could always print screen the video on a frame with a good shot of the hair and print it out and take it to a hair stylists.
Otherwise just get it cut short and choppy, in line with your jawline, and get straightening it ;P
