As a fellow asian, it appears that I am black-haired all over.

The color of the hair all over your body is the same. Usually, due to sun exposure and other factors, the hair on your head is lighter the your chest, armpits, pubic or legs hair.

At 35, it is quite unlikely for hair to grow in new places. It will probably continue growing where you already ahve it. At most, it will get denser.

It usually shares the same colour albeit with slight variation in tint or looks paler. If you're black haired the same will be for the body hair, a blonde the same, redhead same.
